City of Toronto – Residential Construction Dust Bylaw
October 28, 2018
With all of the renovations and new construction in the City, new bylaws have come into force. These apply to residential construction, including decorative stonework, retaining walls, and walkways. It does not include multi-residential construction. If you are planning a project, live near a house that is being renovated or just happen to be interested, you can learn more about “The Good Neighbour Guide”, the “Dust Bylaw Update” and “Residential Infill Update” by clicking here.
