Rezoning 175 Cummer Avenue – April 4/22 – Virtual Meeting

After the City did not gets its way with the Province NOT issuing an MZO for 175 Cummer, it is trying a different approach by wanting to re-zone the property to allow it.

The City is holding a Virtual Public Meeting on April 4/22 starting at 7:00 pm.  Here are the details.

We know there are many, may people in the SCA area and beyond who are still waiting for answers from Councillor Fillion and the City.  It appears that rather than providing answers, the City is attempting to change the rules to achieve their goal.
